The Sumara PoleTM Method is unlike any other Pole Fitness or Pole Dance class. The Sumara Pole Method is a complete pole fitness program created specifically with YOU in mind. Whether you are a pole newbie or an aspiring pole athlete/performer, Sumara Pole is uniquely designed to support your growth and advancement on the pole. You will see (and feel) results!
The Sumara Pole Method consists of Pole Skills Classes (Levels 1-4) and our signature Sexy Silhouettes class. Core and upper body strength are helpful, but not a requirement to start pole. Classes are designed to help you build strength, gain flexibility and tone as you go! Can't wait? Take our Booty Camp class too to get active or to augment your pole training goals for competition.
