What do I wear to class?
We suggest a tank top, short shorts with full-coverage booty shorts undernearth.
What shoes should I wear?
For Pole FITNESS classes, wear what you feel is the most comfortable: barefoot, socks, or tennis shoes. For our Pole DANCE classes (Pole Choreography and Sexy Silhouettes), you may go barefoot or wear heels, platforms or stilettos. For BOOTY CAMP, please wear tennis shoes.
Is there an age limit for your classes?
Women over the age of 18 are permitted.
Are men permitted in the studio?
Men are welcome to take our Co-ed Level 1 Class on Fridays. However, partners and spouses are not allowed to watch during class. If you would like to show off your new pole skills to your partner or spouse, you may do so during our Open Pole Jam, Fridays at 8:30pm. Prior studio approval is required. Studio rules, regulations and code of conduct will be strictly enforced.
Are there weight limitations?
There are absolutely no weight limitations. I teach women of all sizes, shapes, and fitness levels.

Yes. We have designed our ever-popular Intro to Pole class just for you. Our Intro to Pole class is only $20. Not sure if pole is for you? Try it out. If you like it, we'll credit the price of the class towards your first class package*. Click here for more info on our Intro to Pole class.
Do I need any type of dance experience?
Not at all! You will learn all you need to know right here!
How do I register for a class?
All classes need to be pre-registered online. Click on the Schedule a Class button at the top right corner of the page.
What is your refund policy?
Classes and party deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Do you have any other requirements?
Yes. On the day of your class, please do not wear oils, lotions, moisturizers, watches, or jewelry. This will most definitely hinder your ability to grip the pole.
